If an item simply does not suit you we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. A refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping & handling expenses. In the event you need to return a defective product please contact us as soon as possible. We will replace the product for you and make arrangements for return shipping.

WARRANTIES

All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by LGJ Enterprises. Wild Bird Supplies Unlimited is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of LGJ Enterprises at no charge.

SHIPPING

We normally ship all in stock items within one business day from the time your order is received. If you select UPS Ground Shipping the actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone (in most cases it averages 5-7 business days from the day the order was placed). If you select UPS 2nd Day Air the actual delivery time for UPS to deliver the package is usually the end of the second business day after the item is shipped. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time. There are some service limitations in Alaska and Hawaii in which case we will notify you within two business days of the order and find the best resolution for the order. Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon arrival to the warehouse. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders, and out of stock items may take longer. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if an item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available. Wild Bird Supplies Unlimited reserves the right to ship with another carrier provided the shipping service method is equal or better than the shipping method selected.

Shipping to Canada and Puerto Rico

For shipments to Canada and Puerto Rico please contact us before ordering so that shipping can be calculated correctly.

FREE SHIPPING

Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping applies only to ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States (Hawaii, Alaska and Canada are excluded). Wild Bird Supplies Unlimited reserves the right to use the most economical shipping method on orders with free shipping. If you return an item and the item is not defective the actual shipping expenses will be deducted from your total refund.

TAXES

Wild Bird Supplies Unlimited does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of South Carolina. If you order within the state of South Carolina, you will be charged an additional 6-8% for state and local sales tax depending on the address information you provide when placing your order.

BACKORDERS

In the rare situation where an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within two business days of the order and find the best resolution for the order.

CANCELLATIONS

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received prior to shipment. Shipping & handling charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email customerservice@wildbirdsuppliesunlimited.com to cancel an order.
